The Standards in Kansas City

Occupants are defined as any individual regardless of age that will reside in the rental unit.

General Rental Criteria:
Properties require that an applicant meet the following criteria in order for approval:

* Good verifiable rental history.
* Good credit history with a minimum of 3 trades.
* Verifiable employment history of at least 6 months.
* Income must be at least 3 times rental amount.
* Must be 21 years of age at time the lease is signed.

If one of the above is questionable, a co-signer or a higher security deposit may be required, at the property's discretion.

Utilities:
Most properties include Water, Trash and Sewage in the rental amount. The following are averages as quoted by the gas & electric companies:
